Villa Larraldea is situated 2 Km from Biarritz at the foot of the Pyrenees in the heart of the Basque Country.

The climate is warm and mild all year round, with summer temperatures around 24ºC. Sunny days with 20º are possible at any time of the year, even in December.

 

Villa Larraldea is a brand new LUXURY self catering house built in an exclusive small development of 19 houses and 2 apartment blocks with a coded entrance gate to the development which can also be operated remotely from the house. There is a private swimming pool in the garden and there are magnificent views of the Pyrenees from the garden, patio and upstairs bedroom.

The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and we hope to offer our guests the very best in luxury self catering accommodation in France.

Sejour, Dining area & kitchen

Downstairs is open plan with a modern kitchen with an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and hob and a comprehensive supply of kitchen utensils.

There is a dining area and the lounge is furnished with a leather 3 piece suite, oiled oak furniture a wide screen TV, DVD Video and stereo.

There is also a downstairs toilet.

Bedrooms

Upstairs there are two comfortable double bedrooms with double beds.  Blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets and pillow cases can be hired locally for your convenience. Please contact for details.

There is a fully fitted bathroom with a sink set in a vanity unit, bath, overhead shower and toilet.

The villa has full air conditioning downstairs incorporating cool air for the hot summer months and a heat pump for the winter months. There are independent electric panels in the bedrooms

.

The garden has a large patio with garden furniture.

There is a private swimming pool surrounded by decking in the garden (3 x 6 x 1.6 meters deep with a flat bottom plus roman steps). The pool has a cover and is also alarmed for extra safety.

There is private parking in the driveway and also an additional parking space opposite the house.

The house is approximately a 3 minute drive to the picturesque Basque village and beach at Bidart, 2 minutes drive to the local supermarket and shops and a 5 minute drive from the airport in Biarritz.
The villa is only 2 kilometres from the chic town of Biarritz offering you a fine choice of beaches from the fin-de-siècle elegance of Grande Plage to the cool Atlantic rollers of Côte des Basques. Biarritz is also renowned for it’s wealth of restaurants and harbour side fish restaurants.
